Old Harbor Town is an exterior environmental art project focusing on Substance Designer material creation, Unreal Shader adjustment for oil-paint rendering, and SpeedTree foliage creation for various foliage species. The project also includes practices and iterations for exterior environment composition and Vertex Painting in Unreal.

Material Adjustment in Unreal
All the Materials in the scene have these parameters exposed to Unreal:
- Normal adjustment for Vertex Blending effect and oil-paint stroke intensity
- Moss Intensity.(green proportion)
- Roughness Warp Intensity for roughness generated based more on original Material or brush stroke
- HSL for adjusting base material color
- Lightness / Contrast for oil-paint stroke color variations
- Brush Stroke Scale and Multiplier for color patch scale and scale variation
