I worked as an environmental engineer and HSE(Health, Safety, Environment) Engineer in multiple offshore wind farm projects.
In my work life, I learned how to coordinate with various sectors, moreover, confronting the difficulties when the environmental issues conflict with the project finance and timeline.
For instance, I frequently interacted with the construction team, project management team, EPA(environmental protection agency), subcontractors and vendors, local community, and every site worker in the project in person.

From the work perspective, I familiarized myself with cross-function communication. Besides, I expand my knowledge from a design perspective to management. Managing multiple monitoring items and coworkers in many projects simultaneously, forming professional assessments, and monitoring reports.
From the design perspective, I found the missing piece of imagining the environment as a whole. I participated in offshore engineering, mega constructions, civil engineering, hydraulic and environmental engineering, and regional planning. These projects connect my expertise in architecture and landscape with my knowledge in earth science and environmental awareness. Furthermore, the environmental impact assessment and monitoring process made the environment dynamic a looping between the natural cycle and artificial sustainability.
